Our Process

  1. Request a Quote here. Or simply upload audio to our secure server here.
  2. Project Manager will then assess the audio & give you a fix price quote based on our latest rates sheet.
  3. Project Manager will then allocate the job to a transcriptionist.
  4. Once her work is complete it will pass to an online editor.
  5. The editor will listen to the audio again & once happy with the transcript he will pass it onto the proofreader.
  6. Once its been proofread the finished transcript then passes back to the project manager.
  7. The project manager does a quick review and sends the finished document to the client before their deadline.
